start here.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve found this little corner of the internet, chances are you’re a mom or parent like me—tired, stretched thin, sometimes overwhelmed, but holding a deep longing to be more intentional with your kids. To be in the moment, relaxed, happy, laughing, being deeply fulfilled.

I’ll be honest: motherhood has been more than I could have imagined, while simultaneously being nothing what I pictured. I thought I’d be endlessly patient, always creative, the kind of mom who wakes up with energy and ideas. The truth? While there are seasons where I feel like I'm winning, there are many days I’m running on fumes, feeling like I can't keep up, and just trying to make it to bedtime.

But here’s what I’ve been learning: connection with our kids doesn’t always require big, elaborate plans. Sometimes, it’s the small, simple efforts that become the most magical. A whispered story in the dark, making pancakes with extra sprinkles, chasing bubbles in the yard, or just holding them close when the day has been too much. Those are the whimsical moments—the ones our kids remember, and the ones that remind us of why we keep going, even in the hard seasons.

This space is for moms, or parents, like us. The ones who want to slow down enough to notice the firefly moments tucked between the tantrums, the laundry, and the exhaustion. The ones who want to give themselves grace and still create joy for their children in the middle of the mess. To find a balance of creating magic, living intentionally, and authentically. So that when we're wiping our children's noses, setting up our tree in a messy home, or singing happy birthday with our hair in a messy bun with no make up on, we can notice the smiles on our children's face, the laughter that fills the room, and soak in the magical moment we've created.

So, if you’re feeling worn out but still holding onto that hope of intentional, whimsical memories, you’re not alone. I’m right here with you, figuring it out one small, simple effort at a time. Let’s walk this parenthood journey together—with honesty, a touch of whimsy, and lots of grace.
